Alice Wilson's biography

Alice Wilson is Executive Director of Corporate Services for LBA Realty. In this role, she manages LBA’s Corporate Program and provides strategic direction while working closely with the company’s acquisitions and leasing team to build the firm’s portfolio and serve as a liaison to corporate tenants. LBA is a full service real estate investment and management company founded by Phil Belling and Steve Layton in 1991. The Company, with its headquarters in Irvine and regional offices in Los Angeles, San Diego and San Jose owns and operates industrial and office properties throughout the western United States on behalf of LBA’s institutional investment funds. The firm has established a track record in assisting corporations with developing & implementing real estate portfolio strategies that align with overall corporate objectives and facility needs. LBA currently manages a portfolio of over 13 million square feet of industrial and commercial office space throughout the west coast. Prior to joining LBA Realty, Ms. Wilson led the strategic planning and business development efforts for some of the industry’s premiere firms. In her role for these firms she functioned on both a regional and national basis. She currently serves on the board of directors and is immediate past chairperson of the Southern California Chapter of CoreNet Global. She co-chairs CoreNet Global’s member and chapter services committee and is the immediate past chair of CoreNet Global’s Chapter Learning Committee. Ms. Wilson is also on the board of trustees for Leadership Los Angeles and is a member of Urban Land Institute and Executive member of the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association.
