ELISE LUCKHAM, CFM Elise Luckham is the Vice President, Corporate Services for New Century Mortgage in Irvine, California. In this role, she is responsible for Facilities, Mail Center Operations, Reception Services, Insurance, Travel and Event Planning, Purchasing, Asset Management and Corporate Real Estate. The New Century real estate portfolio is 2 Million sf, in 258 buildings and is managed on a national level in partnership with an outsource provider. Elise has over 17 years of Corporate Real Estate experience managing a national portfolio. Her previous employers have included Mitsubishi Motors Credit, Bank of America and CB Richard Ellis. A member or CoreNet Global for only a year, she is anxious to be involved with the Orange County Region. She is also a member of IFMA Orange County since 1991, and has served on the IFMA OC Board in several capacities, including Chapter President in 1995. In addition to her professional life, she is active in the local community and volunteers 20-30 hours per month and serves on the volunteer boards for her church and the Assistance League of Orange. She is a native Californian and resides in the City of Anaheim Hills with her husband and two children.
